We are now working on the process of reporting for our T3010 to Revenue Canada. This is a detailed process for a ministry of our size and we have been obliged to sequester our Office Manage to a separate office to remove distractions for this week.
Because of this we will not be doing any Tax Receipting now until the week of March 26 - 30. We have been asking for quite a few weeks to get information in to our office but those submissions of Statements of Donor Contributions will now have to wait. Also, we will not be able to make any changes to receipts that might require revision until that time.
Thank you for your understanding as we continue to schedule necessary things in a timely manner.

Most of our tax receipts have now been mailed out, either by email or by regular mail.
We sent a lot of the income tax receipts to most pastors by email. If you received your tax receipts by email it is because we expect that you should be able to download and print them and give them to your donors.
In some cases we have mailed out receipts by regular mail to donors if we felt it unlikely that the church could download, print, and distribute.
If you are not sure, call us at 647 556 5005.
The Office Manager will be able to help you but we have still not received some donors' statement of contributions and, of course, in that case we are unable to send receipts until we hear from you. Communication is key.
