Vision & Mission

Picture
Gilgal Christian Community exists to help church planters fulfill the call of God in their lives. The process of church planting is a difficult one because there are many challenges to the planter. Most church plants are the result of one man or woman hearing God challenge them to create a community of believers. This may be a group which is new to Canada, which worships in a language other than english, or which has specifice elements of worship.

Starting January 1, 2013 Gilgal will assist in the planting of churches. Each church plant will be an outreach of GCC and, as such, will receive spiritual and administrative covering. We also provide credentials for Church Planters.

Your church plant will be distinctive, have its own name, and will operate under GCC guidelines until finally registered independently. This growth process will include pastoral and worker training, mentoring in development of a functioning board, and legal and administration benefits.

The first step is to contact the GCC office for an interview. You will have many questions and we are here to help you to be successful in your ministry. Please pray about this important first step and contact us at your earliest opportunity. Read all of the information on this site and then mark an interview with our team.
